TeachAIFlow
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TeachAIFlow collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data across the platform.
Last updated: April 9, 2026
1. Who is responsible for the processing
TeachAIFlow is responsible for the personal data processing described in this policy when it operates the platform and related services. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact teachaiflowapp@gmail.com.
If you use TeachAIFlow on behalf of a school or institution, your organization may also have its own data protection obligations for the content you choose to upload or process through the platform.
2. Categories of data we collect
- Account and identity data, such as name, email address, authentication provider, and account identifiers.
- Billing and plan data, such as subscription status, payment-related identifiers, invoices, and transaction references handled through payment providers.
- Content and workflow data, such as uploaded files, generated materials, prompts, edits, exports, and user configuration choices.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, session identifiers, browser data, device signals, navigation events, and security logs.
- Support and contact data, such as messages sent to support or school-contact forms.
3. Why we process data and legal bases
We process personal data to create and manage accounts, provide platform features, generate requested outputs, maintain billing records, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and security.
Depending on the context, the legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where required, especially for optional analytics and advertising cookies.
4. AI processing and educational content
When you use generation features, TeachAIFlow may send prompts, extracted text, uploaded content, and workflow instructions to AI model providers so the requested output can be generated.
You should avoid including unnecessary personal data, especially student data, in uploads or prompts. If you choose to process personal data through the platform, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis and that the data is minimized for the task.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We use third-party providers to operate parts of the service, including infrastructure, analytics, authentication, payments, email delivery, and AI model processing. These providers may include companies such as Stripe, Google, and OpenAI, depending on the feature used.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and contractual measures for international data transfers.
6. Data retention
We keep account and service data for as long as necessary to provide the platform, maintain security, manage subscriptions, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for longer periods where required or justified. Uploaded and generated content may remain available while your account is active or until you delete it, unless a shorter retention rule applies to a specific workflow.
8. Sharing and disclosures
We share data only when needed to provide the service, comply with the law, protect rights and security, process payments, deliver support, or work with trusted service providers acting on our instructions or under their own applicable terms.
We do not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of selling customer lists or raw user data to third parties for unrelated use.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
You can exercise these rights by contacting teachaiflowapp@gmail.com. If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the AEPD in Spain where applicable.
10. Security, minors, and updates
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and the data we process. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
TeachAIFlow is intended for professional or adult educational use. If you use the platform in school environments, you remain responsible for applying your own institutional rules for minors and protected educational data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on this page is the current version.
