TeachAIFlow
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the TeachAIFlow platform, web application, and related services.
Last updated: April 9, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using TeachAIFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of a school, company, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. What TeachAIFlow provides
TeachAIFlow is an educational platform that helps teachers and education teams create, adapt, review, organize, and export materials such as exams, quizzes, rubrics, study guides, lesson plans, corrections, communications, and similar classroom resources.
The platform is designed to support professional workflows. It does not replace educational judgement, legal compliance duties, grading responsibility, or pedagogical review.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Unless a separate school or enterprise agreement states otherwise, subscriptions and user accounts are personal and may not be shared across multiple teachers, teams, departments, or institutions.
4. Plans, billing, and renewals
TeachAIFlow may offer free and paid plans. Prices, billing cycle, plan limits, and included features are shown in the product or at checkout.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. Billing and payment processing are handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where an express refund commitment is shown at purchase time.
5. Acceptable use
You may use TeachAIFlow only for lawful and legitimate professional or educational purposes.
- Upload or process content you are allowed to use and share.
- Avoid uploading unnecessary personal data, especially student data, if the task can be completed without it.
- Do not use the platform to infringe rights, violate confidentiality, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, scrape the service at scale, or interfere with security or availability.
- Do not use the platform to generate unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, or deceptive content.
6. User content, uploads, and AI output
You keep ownership of the content you upload or submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant TeachAIFlow the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and generate outputs from that content in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for reviewing every generated output before academic, administrative, or professional use. AI-generated material may contain factual errors, omissions, formatting mistakes, bias, or unsuitable content.
7. Intellectual property
The TeachAIFlow platform, software, interfaces, branding, design, and related materials are owned by TeachAIFlow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform in line with your plan and these terms. They do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, replace, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact output quality, or compatibility with every workflow, browser, institution, or file format.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is non-payment, account sharing, abuse, unlawful use, security risk, or breach of these terms.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including payment obligations already accrued, intellectual property clauses, and liability limitations.
10. Liability and disclaimers
TeachAIFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeachAIFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, business, revenue, or reputation resulting from use of the platform, generated outputs, third-party provider failures, or service interruptions.
11. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide notice in the product, by email, or by another reasonable channel. The updated version becomes effective on the date shown on this page.
