1. Summary

TeachAIFlow uses cookies and similar technologies (hereafter, “cookies”) to operate the platform, measure usage, and improve your experience. This policy describes in detail which cookies are placed on your browser, what information they collect, and how long they are stored.

Strictly necessary cookies are placed without your consent because they are indispensable to deliver the service (authentication, security, language). Analytics and marketing cookies are only activated after your explicit consent through the banner.

2. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit it. Cookies make it possible to recognize your browser and, in some cases, remember your preferences or record your usage.

There are “session” cookies (deleted when you close the browser) and “persistent” cookies (kept for a defined period or until you remove them manually). We also distinguish between “first-party” cookies (set by TeachAIFlow) and “third-party” cookies (set by providers such as Google).

3. Categories we use

We classify cookies based on their purpose, as required by the Spanish AEPD.

  • Strictly necessary

Required for the site to work: authentication, fraud prevention, session continuity, language preference, legal acceptance and payment processing. No consent is needed (art. 22.2 LSSI). You cannot disable them without breaking parts of the platform.

  • Analytics

Help us understand how you use the platform (pages visited, time spent per tool, errors). Data is processed in aggregate form. Only activated if you accept.

  • Marketing and advertising

Allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show relevant ads elsewhere. Only activated if you accept.

  • Preferences

Remember your choices (language, preferred views) to improve the experience. Considered necessary when essential for the UI.

5. Third-party providers

Some cookies are placed by providers acting as processors or third-party joint controllers. Each provider has its own privacy and cookies policy, which you can read below. TeachAIFlow does not control cookies that they may modify in their own services.

6. How to manage your consent

The first time you visit TeachAIFlow you'll see a cookie banner at the bottom of the screen. You can accept, reject or see the details of each category before deciding. Your choice is stored for 180 days.

You can change your decision at any time using the floating cookies button at the bottom-left of the page once you've made an initial choice. If you reject optional cookies after accepting, we'll automatically reload the page to stop any active tracking.

If you reject optional cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies will not be placed, and Google Consent Mode v2 will remain set to “denied”. The platform continues to work normally.

7. Blocking cookies from your browser

Additionally, you can block or remove cookies directly from your browser settings. Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the platform.

8. Your data rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict processing, request portability and withdraw consent over personal data that TeachAIFlow processes via cookies. These rights are recognized in arts. 15 to 22 GDPR.

To exercise them, write to teachaiflowapp@gmail.com clearly stating your request and providing a document that proves your identity. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy when we add or remove cookies, when applicable law changes, or when third-party providers modify their own policies. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.

If changes affect previously granted consent, we will show you the banner again so you can decide anew.

10. Contact

If you have questions about cookies or how we process your data, write to teachaiflowapp@gmail.com. We handle requests in Spanish and English.
