Why Flow Centros?
Students already use AI and schools have no visibility over that use. Flow Centros records every material generated: teachers can see what the student requested and how much they rewrote, and the school determines who has access, at what consumption and which data is retained.
How is student privacy protected?
The school acts as the data controller: it defines roles, classes and per-student usage limits. Traces and conversations are deleted automatically once the retention period is reached, twelve months by default, in line with GDPR.
How is it rolled out?
The rollout is adapted to each school and requires no change of tools. It starts with a department or a pilot, the teaching staff is trained, and it extends to the rest of the school once usage is established.
